岗位职责

PLANAPP is seeking to recruit Associate Consultants to join multidisciplinary teams working on strategic projects supporting the formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of public policies.
Successful candidates will provide specialised technical consultancy by leading and participating in activities, projects and initiatives carried out within PLANAPP’s remit, particularly in the following areas: *Public policy evaluation and monitoring;
*Ex-ante and ex-post public policy impact analysis;
*Foresight and strategic planning;
*Production and dissemination of specialised knowledge;
*Institutional cooperation and capacity-building within the Public Administration.
The role involves working in a multidisciplinary environment and preparing analyses, studies and other technical outputs to support public decision-making.

- 具备公共政策制定、实施、监测和评估方面的专业知识
- 能够领导并参与公共政策评估与监测、事前和事后政策影响分析、前瞻与战略规划、专业知识生产与传播、公共行政机构合作与能力建设等领域的工作
- 具备在跨学科团队环境中工作的能力
- 能够撰写分析、研究报告及其他技术性产出以支持公共决策
- 具备为公共政策提供专业技术咨询的能力
