Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in statistics, biostatistics, or related field.
Experience in biostatistics within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including clinical trial design and analysis.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (FDA, ICH).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
