The Process Improvement Intern will support the optimization of operational workflows within the organization.
Key responsibilities include analyzing current processes to identify inefficiencies, collecting and interpreting data to propose improvements, and assisting in the implementation of new procedures.
The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to document process flows, conduct root cause analysis, and develop recommendations for enhancing productivity and quality.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
