As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

Trains Team Membersand works to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.
Monitors store floor, and assists with guests' needs and requests.
Maintaining merchandise tables properly Works with and answers to the Visual Merchandiser and the Store Manager and Asst.

Regularly evaluates, creates, and maintains professional visual displays;
provides direction to retail associates regarding store merchandising and displays.
Ensures integrity of physical inventory and par levels.
Maintains cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail areas Responsibly for initiating conflict resolution strategies with guest and team members More about you Minimum one-year supervisory experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate with staff and prepare written reports.
Strong time management and organizational skills;
ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
