As a Grocery Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting management in carrying out daily operations and ensuring the success of the team.

Supervises gr ocery associates;
completes store/warehouse operational needs by assigning employees and fo llowing up on work results Trains associates and works to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedure Manage inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, and cycle counting Open and close retail locations as directed by management Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas Monitor store flo or , assist with guest needs, and ensure inte gr ity of physical inventory and par levels Other duties as assigned More about you Retail inventory management and ordering experience preferred using online portals such as Netsuite Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred Ability to communicate job procedures and give clear, concise instructions Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast -paced environment No college degree required Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting during the entire length of the shift Ability to stand and/or walk fo r an entire shift Shift details Days Evenings Holidays Weekends Who we are Yellowstone General Stores are located throughout Yellowstone National Park including near Old Faithful, Mammoth Hot Springs, and Canyon Village.
