岗位职责

The selected person will join the Research Group on Biomarkers in Cancer of IRBLleida, in the line of research on digestive tumors, within the framework of the project ''PP10891 Artificial Intelligence based on Pathology and Spatial Transcriptomics for the identification of the Inflamed class of Gastric Adenocarcinoma and the prediction of response to Immunotherapy.'' Some of the tasks to be carried out are: • Management of human samples in collaboration with the tumor biobank.

• Bioinformatics analysis of spatial transcriptomics and digital pathology data.

申请条件

Bachelor's degree level. Experience or background in bioinformatics analysis, spatial transcriptomics, digital pathology, and human sample management is required.
