As an Intern Pharmacist with the Tasmanian Health Service, you will be part of a structured 2026 Hospital Pharmacist Internship program. Your primary responsibilities include:
Clinical Pharmacy Services: Under supervision, you will provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication review, reconciliation, and monitoring. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Medication Management: You will assist in the preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and professional standards.

To be eligible for this internship, you must:
Be enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent degree recognized by the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
Be eligible for provisional registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
