As a Junior Engineer in our crane operations team, you will support the planning, execution, and inspection of lifting activities across construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects. Your primary responsibilities include:
Lift Planning:
Assist in developing detailed lift plans for mobile and tower cranes, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Conduct load calculations, determine crane configurations, and select appropriate rigging equipment.
Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to review lift methodologies and site constraints.

0–2 years of experience in crane operations, lift planning, or construction engineering (graduate/entry-level welcome).
