岗位职责
As a participant in the Registered Nurse Graduate Nurse Program (GNMP25) at Bayside Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care across various clinical settings.
Your primary duties include: assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
You will provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing treatments as prescribed.
You will also educate patients and their families on health management and discharge planning.

To be eligible for this program, you must have completed a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification and be registered as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
You should have strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
