As a Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with experienced Recruitment Consultants to support client engagements in identifying and attracting top talent. Your responsibilities include:
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Client Support: Assist consultants in understanding client requirements, preparing job descriptions, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
