Lead Medical Technician-Phlebotomist

The Lead Medical Technician (Lead Phlebotomist) oversees phlebotomy support for both inpatients and outpatients within the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service. Key responsibilities include performing phlebotomy, accessioning specimens, and executing procedures to ensure appropriate specimen receipt, handling, and processing for accurate and reliable results. The role also involves training and orienting new employees, maintaining laboratory supplies, and processing specimens.
