Key duties include preparing and maintaining records and reports, editing and publishing content on websites, and resolving customer problems.
The role requires establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with Senate staff, applying analytical skills to evaluate information and develop solutions, and utilizing sound decision-making to select appropriate actions.
