Nurse Manager - PCTC Med Surg Telemetry

The Nurse Manager (NM) serves as the designated first-line supervisory authority, responsible and accountable for the 24/7 operation of assigned units and providing coverage for other NMs as needed. Key responsibilities include directing and supervising staff orientation, training, development, and performance evaluation. The NM functions as a role model, educator, practitioner, and supervisor, providing leadership to the team. This role involves ensuring high-quality patient care, managing unit operations, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency (per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f)). Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency, accredited by ACEN or CCNE at the time of program completion.
