岗位职责
As a Housing Apprentice, you will embark on a structured 18-month programme designed to develop your skills in the housing sector. Your responsibilities will include:
Tenant Support: Assisting with tenant inquiries, managing housing applications, and providing guidance on tenancy rights and responsibilities.
Property Management: Supporting the team in conducting property inspections, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Administrative Duties: Maintaining accurate records of tenancy agreements, rent accounts, and correspondence.
