As an Electrical Apprenticeship Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting electrical apprentices throughout their training programs.
Your primary duties include conducting on-site assessments to evaluate apprentices' practical skills and knowledge against industry standards.
You will provide constructive feedback and guidance to help apprentices progress in their development.
Additionally, you will collaborate with training providers and employers to ensure apprentices meet required competencies.

Qualified Electrician to a recognised qualification at Level 3.
Relevant experience of working within the industry.
An Assessor Award qualification (A1, TAQA, or equivalent).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback.
