岗位职责
As an Early Years Apprentice, you will support children's learning and daily care in a modern, purpose-built nursery setting. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting with play-based activities that promote children's development across all areas of learning.
Supporting daily routines such as meal times, nappy changing, and rest periods.
Observing and recording children's progress to inform planning and individual support.
Engaging with children to foster their social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.

Must be willing to work towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
No prior experience required, but a genuine interest in childcare is essential.
