岗位职责
As an Apprentice Advisor, you will support apprentices and trainees from diverse backgrounds, providing guidance and encouragement to help them successfully complete their apprenticeship.
Your primary responsibilities include building strong relationships with apprentices and trainees, identifying challenges they may face, and connecting them with appropriate support services.
This is a highly phone-based role, requiring frequent communication to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure individuals have the resources needed to thrive.

Experience in a customer service, advisory, or support role is preferred.
