Apprentice Advisor

As an Apprentice Advisor, you will support apprentices and trainees from diverse backgrounds, providing guidance and encouragement to help them successfully complete their apprenticeship. Your primary responsibilities include building strong relationships with apprentices and trainees, identifying challenges they may face, and connecting them with appropriate support services. This is a highly phone-based role, requiring frequent communication to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure individuals have the resources needed to thrive.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with individuals from varied backgrounds. Experience in a customer service, advisory, or support role is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
