Director Human Resources - Affirmative Measure, Disability

The Director Human Resources - Affirmative Measure, Disability will lead strategic human resources initiatives within the People Strategy and Capability Branch of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. This role focuses on ensuring the department has the workforce it needs to deliver on its priorities, with a particular emphasis on supporting people with disability. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with departmental goals and the Australian Public Service Commissioner’s Directions 2022.

To be successful in this role, you will need: Demonstrated experience in human resources management, preferably within the Australian Public Service or similar government context.
