Pharmacy Supervisor (Oncology)

【岗位职责】 负责肿瘤药物管理项目的开发、实施、管理与结果报告；通过改进审计和肿瘤药物请求管理，确保肿瘤药物的安全、有效及成本合理使用；与处方集项目经理、药物经济学项目经理及药房采购技术员合作，制定并执行VA处方集指南，控制药物成本并优化药物治疗结果；领导药物使用监测、识别管理机会并实施循证实践以提升患者安全与疗效；监督肿瘤相关药房运营，协调多学科团队，并参与符合组织目标的质量改进项目。 【任职要求】 具备肿瘤药房管理相关经验；熟悉处方集管理、药物经济学及药房采购流程；能够领导团队并推动药物管理项目；具备跨部门协作与沟通能力；了解循证实践与质量改进方法。

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Basic requirements include: United States Citizenship; English Language Proficiency; Education: Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited College or School of Pharmacy with a baccalaureate degree in pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) and/or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree; Licensure: Full, current, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in a State, Territory, Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia. Grade Determinations: GS-13, Pharmacy Supervisor (Oncology) requires 1 year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in addition to meeting all GS-12 requirements.
