Site Manager Apprenticeship

Site managers oversee operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the right quality standards. Their duties are shared across the site and the project office, often updating the management team on site progress, risks, and issues. Key responsibilities include: Tracking and reporting project progress to ensure adherence to schedules. Allocating resources efficiently, such as materials and labor. Resolving conflicts in a timely manner. Monitoring safety compliance and enforcing health and safety regulations.
