I.T Apprentice

As an I.T Apprentice at Hyde Group, you will support the IT team in maintaining and improving the company's technology infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with hardware and software installations, troubleshooting technical issues for end-users, and maintaining network systems.

You will help manage user accounts and permissions, monitor system performance, and contribute to cybersecurity measures.

Additionally, you will participate in documenting IT processes and procedures, and support the implementation of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

No specific prior experience required, but a strong interest in IT and technology is essential.

You should have basic knowledge of computer systems and networks, and be eager to learn.
