岗位职责
As an HR Intern, you will apply theoretical knowledge from your studies to practical HR payroll operations. Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the implementation and coordination of global compliance processes.
Assisting with process improvements, documentation, and guidelines.
Participating in company audits.
Gaining insights into compliance audits, particularly in international employee assignments and intern management.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR processes and compliance.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
