Internship Leadership Development

As an Intern in Leadership Development, you will support the management development team at Lufthansa Airlines, focusing on managers in operational areas. Your responsibilities include: Assisting in initiatives to strengthen the feedback culture within the organization. Contributing to the creation and implementation of tailored development programs for managers. Supporting the annual employee survey process, including coordination and analysis.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong interest in leadership development, organizational development, or human resources.
