As an Analyst Intern at FIDAE, you will work within a dynamic team based in Marseille, contributing to a variety of financial advisory operations in the renewable energy sector. Your primary responsibilities will include:
M&A Transactions: Assist in buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and preparation of information memoranda.
Fundraising: Support project finance and equity fundraising initiatives, including structuring debt and equity packages for renewable energy projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
