Apprenticeship Mentor

As an Apprenticeship Mentor, you will deliver personalised mentoring and support services to apprentices and employers, primarily through phone and virtual channels. Your responsibilities include: Providing tailored guidance, pastoral care, and practical support to apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey. Conducting regular check-ins with apprentices to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure successful completion outcomes. Collaborating with employers to understand their needs and support the apprenticeship process.

Qualifications and requirements: Experience in mentoring, coaching, or supporting individuals in an educational or vocational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely. Understanding of apprenticeship frameworks and support services.
