The RN Chief of Quality Management directs patient safety programs, ensures compliance with The Joint Commission and other regulatory accreditations, and oversees data-driven performance improvements. This executive-level role involves complex leadership and administrative components associated with critical health care issues and activities that drive meeting the organizational mission, health care, and policy. Key responsibilities include establishing strategic direction for health care delivery, evidence-based practices, industry-leading research, and innovative care models.
