As an Entry Level Sales Support professional, you will play a key role in assisting the sales team with daily operations and client interactions. Your responsibilities will include: Client Communication: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email, providing product information and directing leads to appropriate sales representatives. Data Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) records, ensuring accuracy of contact details, sales activities, and pipeline status.
