REGISTERED NURSE- OFF TOUR NURSING SUPERVISOR

The Off Tour Nursing Supervisor (Registered Nurse) provides leadership and oversight of nursing operations during off-tour hours, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to Veterans. Key responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care activities, and maintaining a safe and efficient clinical environment. The supervisor will manage complex patient situations, demonstrate proficiency in evidence-based practice, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve holistic care.

Must be proficient in basic written and spoken English. Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency (ACEN or CCNE). Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a U.S.
