Specialty Float Nurse Case Manager

The Specialty Float Nurse Case Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across multiple specialty areas within the healthcare facility. This role involves floating to various units as needed to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Clinical Care Delivery: Provide direct patient care based on established nursing standards, protocols, and evidence-based practices. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with complex health needs across different specialty departments.

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: Education: Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency (e.g., ACEN or CCNE).
