Support facility operations, maintenance, and sustainability initiatives through hands-on experience
岗位职责
As an Intern in Facility Management, you will support the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities.
Your responsibilities include assisting with space planning, coordinating with vendors for repairs and services, monitoring building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
You will help manage inventory of supplies and equipment, conduct regular inspections, and document facility conditions.
Additionally, you will participate in sustainability initiatives, such as energy efficiency projects and waste reduction programs.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
