PRN Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist will provide evaluation and treatment of movement disorders in accordance with physician orders. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. The therapist will work with in-patients, out-patients, and geriatric patients in an acute care setting, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Experience in acute care or geriatric rehabilitation preferred. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
