The Healthcare Administrator in Training (AIT) will participate in a comprehensive residency program designed to provide hands-on experience across all departments of a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
The AIT will rotate through and learn the operations of Nursing, Business Office, Dietary, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Central Supply, Medical Records, and Rehab departments.
As the AIT progresses, they will be given increasing responsibilities related to managing people and daily facility operations.

This is a paid position open to graduates or entry-level candidates.
No prior experience in healthcare administration is required, but a strong interest in long-term care management is essential.
