As a Cabinet Making Apprentice, you will work towards completing a Certificate III in Cabinet Making & Timber Technology over a 4-year apprenticeship.
Your responsibilities include attending trade school at Holmesglen Institute – Chadstone Campus, and working 38 hours per week from Monday to Thursday (7:00am – 3:30pm) and Friday (7:00am – 1:00pm).
You will learn and perform cabinet making tasks, including using basic hand tools (required for 2nd year apprentices only), and develop skills in timber technology and cabinet construction.

Basic hand tools (e.g., drill, hammer) required for 2nd year apprentices only; 1st year apprentices are not expected to have tools.
