As an Import Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end import process, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, clients, and external partners. Your key duties include:
Coordinating import shipments from origin to destination, including documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.
Liaising with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods.
Preparing and processing import documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
