Apprentice Painter Decorator

As an Apprentice Painter Decorator within the Property Services, Internal Maintenance Service (IMS), you will be responsible for conducting high-quality repairs and maintenance on customer homes across the geographical footprint of EMH homes. Your primary duties include: Working in an effective and efficient manner at all times, promptly informing line management or any nominated person if this is not possible. Maintaining a clean and tidy appearance and ensuring that IMS vehicles and equipment are kept clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications and requirements: No prior experience required; this is an entry-level apprenticeship position. Willingness to learn and develop skills in painting and decorating. Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
