Performing Arts Technician Intern

As a Performing Arts Technician Intern, you will be instrumental in the success of the performing arts department by offering expert technical support for shows, examinations, and lessons. Your proficiency will support operations behind the scenes, nurturing an environment conducive to creative growth and enabling students to thrive in their artistic pursuits. Working under the direction of the Theatre Technical and Administrations Manager, your role will involve working alongside full-time and casual staff to ensure seamless technical execution.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or diploma in Performing Arts, Technical Theatre, or a related field. Basic knowledge of lighting, sound, and stage management techniques. Familiarity with industry-standard technical equipment and software.
