Nurse- Nurse Manager- Office Of Community Care

The Nurse Manager in the Office of Community Care is responsible for delivering and overseeing holistic, patient-driven care to Veterans. Key responsibilities include: providing fundamental to complex nursing care based on biopsychosocial concepts and evidence-based practice; demonstrating leadership in improving care through collaborative strategies with interdisciplinary teams; managing complex client situations with self-directed goal setting; executing position responsibilities that require creative approaches to management beyond the immediate practice setting; ensuring compliance with VA

Qualifications: Must be proficient in basic written and spoken English (per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f)). Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency (e.g., ACEN or CCNE).
