Registered Nurse - Inpatient Acute Care Resource Pool

As a Registered Nurse in the Inpatient Acute Care Resource Pool at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, you will deliver fundamental, knowledge-based care to assigned patients while developing technical competencies. Your responsibilities include integrating biopsychosocial concepts, cognitive skills, and technically competent practice in providing care to clients with basic or complex needs. You will demonstrate proficiency in practice based on conscious and deliberate planning, and be self-directed in goal setting for managing complex client situations.

Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency (proficient in basic written and spoken English). Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency (ACEN or CCNE).
