APS6 Entry Level Program Manager

The APS6 Entry Level Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the recruitment and program delivery of Treasury’s graduate, entry level, and enterprise-wide recruitment processes. This role sits within the Entry Level Programs (ELP) team in the People and Organisational Strategy Branch (Human Resources). Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for graduate and entry level programs, including planning, advertising, assessment, selection, and onboarding.

To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate experience in managing recruitment processes, preferably within a government or large organizational context.
