Program Coordination: Design and implement career development programs that align education with workforce needs. Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure training initiatives meet organizational goals.
Learner Support: Assist learners and early-career professionals in navigating training programs, providing guidance and resources to facilitate their career progression.
