As an HR Intern, you will work within the human resources departments of medium to large companies or in reputable HR consulting firms.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
You will assist in onboarding new employees, preparing orientation materials, and maintaining employee records.
Additionally, you will help with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and gathering feedback through surveys.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
