Apprentice Maintenance Technician

As an Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative, you will work under supervision to perform a variety of maintenance tasks across residential properties and estates in the Manchester Northwest area. Your primary responsibilities include: Carrying out routine repairs and maintenance work on properties, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Assisting senior technicians with more complex maintenance projects, including diagnosing faults and implementing solutions. Conducting inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and reporting findings to the team.

To be considered for this role, you must have: A strong interest in property maintenance and a willingness to learn practical skills. Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a maintenance environment. Good communication skills to interact with residents and team members.
