Support the HR team with administrative tasks, employee documentation, onboarding, and small project
岗位职责
Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and processes.
Maintain and update employee documentation and personnel records, both digital and paper-based.
Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, reference letters, and certificates.
Contribute to and help organize the onboarding process for new employees.
Take ownership of smaller HR projects, such as improving processes or supporting People & Culture initiatives.
Support the planning and execution of internal events and training sessions.
Help with data entry and reporting in HR systems.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
