The Child and Youth Program Assistant supports the operation of a Child Development Center on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER). Responsibilities include supervising and engaging children and youth in age-appropriate activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Duties involve implementing program curricula, assisting with daily routines such as meals and rest periods, and fostering social, emotional, and cognitive development.

ALL LEVELS: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent, with proof (diploma or equivalent) required.
