Registered Nurse - Associate Director of Patient Care Service

【岗位职责】 负责领导、指导并管理多种复杂的患者护理服务与项目；作为管理者、教育者和顾问，通过影响政策制定与决策，改善大量退伍军人的护理质量；提供经验与创新方法，推动护理服务的持续改进。 【任职要求】 具备高级医疗管理经验，能够担任患者护理服务副总监/护理执行官职务；拥有广泛的权威与经验，能够有效指导复杂护理项目；具备政策制定与决策影响力，以提升大规模患者护理水平。

Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in basic written and spoken English. Education: Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by ACEN or CCNE at the time the program was completed.
