As a Field Intern, you will work closely with site supervisors and project managers to gain hands-on experience in commercial, medical, and institutional construction projects.
Your responsibilities include assisting with daily site operations, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
You will participate in project meetings, help with material procurement, and support quality control efforts.

Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of construction processes and safety standards.
