Rooms Internship

As a Rooms Intern at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua, you will gain hands-on experience in the operations of a luxury hotel's rooms division. Your responsibilities will include supporting the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and guest services teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will assist with check-in and check-out processes, manage guest inquiries and requests, coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness, and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to hospitality, hotel management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
