Performance Operations Manager

This position manages the performance of Centralized Servicing and Collections Teams, including personal loan originations, servicing and collections activities, and recoveries for Centralized Collections. The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the performance of assigned teams in partnership with Centralized Operations. Key responsibilities include examining workload volumes, prioritizing and dictating work efforts, and performing daily analysis for assignments. The main goal is to lead teams to achieve operational targets and ensure efficient workflow.

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in financial services or collections. Strong analytical skills for workload analysis and performance tracking. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage team performance effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
