The Operations Manager will manage the overall performance of District Central Support (DCS) Teams for servicing and collection activities in Branch and Centralized Collections.
This role involves managing team performance in partnership with Branch Operations, examining workload volumes, prioritizing and dictating work efforts, and performing daily analysis for assignments.
The primary goal is to lead, develop, and maintain a highly effective team to ensure efficient servicing and collection operations.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in servicing or collections.
