As an Internal Trainer for the implementation of new digital tools, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to ensure successful adoption of new technologies across the organization. Your key responsibilities include:
Training Program Development: Create comprehensive training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and interactive modules, tailored to different learning styles and technical proficiency levels.

Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role, preferably in digital tool implementation.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in French (and English if applicable).
